Yes. The participant experience is designed for mobile use, while organizers, operators and clubs can also use larger-screen views for planning and administration.

Trip Mode is built for destination and multi-day golf travel. Event Mode is built for club days, outings, invitationals, member events, pro-ams and other golf competitions. Both include planning, invitations, payments, schedules, games, communication and recaps.

Yes. Start an early planning workspace, invite the possible group, measure interest, compare date windows, explore destinations and establish the expected budget before making commitments.

No. You can build the experience independently, request complete proposals from operators, ask clubs about group availability, or combine your own planning with selected partner services.

Invite friends, members or guests from the experience roster. No Shanks tracks responses, required information, payment status and outstanding actions, then sends relevant reminders to the appropriate people.

Yes. Once the structure is ready, publish the invitation, schedule, participant actions, pairings, games, rules, logistics, meals and activities as one connected experience.

Download the app, accept or decline the invitation, complete profile and check the notifications that matter to your trip. Adding photos and entering scores are optional unless your group assigns you a scoring role.

Your current schedule, meeting points, transportation, tee times, pairings, tees, weather, caddie assignments and fees, meals, activities, games, standings, projected winnings, secured winnings and updates are kept together.

Use Send to My Organizer. Enter the organizer’s email address and No Shanks will send one direct introduction with a link to the organizer experience.

Yes. Use the club recommendation form and tell us where you play. The No Shanks team can follow up about hosted groups, tournaments, member events and club trips.

Nassau, Skins, Wolf, Match Play, Best Ball and Stableford are supported, with player handicaps applied to the configured game.

The organizer can allow individual score entry or assign a scorer, captain, operator or club team member. Scores update the active games and standings across participating phones.

Contribution factors show how a player affected a team result—for example, holes counted in Best Ball, points produced, holes won or other format-specific contributions.

Projected winnings reflect the current live position while the game is still moving. Secured winnings reflect outcomes already closed under the rules configured for the event.

Yes. Where money games are enabled and lawful, No Shanks can track the amounts, show each player’s position and process the resulting payments through the configured payment experience.

Operators can capture direct interest, publish experiences and respond to qualified organizer requests with complete proposals that include the itinerary, services, pricing and terms.

Yes. Operational communication can reach the full participating group. Follow-up marketing, future offers and referral activity are managed through permission-based participant preferences.

Participant counts, names, guest details, handicaps, pairings, tee-time needs, payments, special requirements and schedule changes remain connected to the event instead of being rebuilt in separate spreadsheets and email chains.

Payments are handled through the integrated payment provider. No Shanks stores the transaction status and information needed to operate the experience, while sensitive card data is handled by the payment provider.

The permanent history can include the itinerary, courses, participants, pairings, scores, game results, winnings, player and team statistics, photos, reviews and the final recap.

Players, organizers and authorized operator or club staff can add photographs according to the permissions established for the experience.

Yes. Organizers, operators and clubs can use the prior experience as the starting point for a repeat trip or recurring event rather than rebuilding the structure from zero.
